Wei-Shen is one of Australia’s most respected house DJs who hosts a cult following worldwide. He has captivated crowds at some of the world’s most renowned clubbing venues. In his beloved Australia, he holds residencies at some of our finest clubbing establishments and commands the dancefloors of some of the most notorious events such as Defected In The House, Hed Kandi, Summadayze, Pacha, Future Music Festival. His fortnightly radio show “Those Usual Suspects.FM” is broadcast globally to a combined audience in the millions, and he mixed the “Housexy Spring 2007” compilation alongside Alan Thompson. Likened to Bob Sinclar during his infancy, Wei-Shen is renowned for his interactive and cheeky style, never failing to deliver an infectious performance. Resisting the fashionable trend towards indie, Wei-Shen plays his unique brand of belearic house music as his sets infuse afrocentric percussion, Latin rhythms, uplifting vocals, a dash of electro, French-inspired disco and a huge dose of funk.
