"Paul is one of the most consistent and freshest djs around!" Nic Fanciulli

"Only every now a then a DJ a talented and fresh as Paul comes along, I have a feeling I will be seeing him a lot more of him and his music this year!" Fergie

"A wicked producer, fantastic DJ and a top guy to boot. There is no question Paul is headed for the top." Rui Da Silva

Godskitchen resident, Toolroom records producer and stalwart member of the nu breed of house music DJs, at only 27 Paul Thomas is someone who is causing something of a major stir in the dance music fraternity. With props from some of the most highly respected producers and DJs around (Pete Tong, Sasha, Steve Lawler, Mark Knight and Fergie), his own clubbing brand (Dex in the City) and a raft of upcoming releases planned for 2007 Paul is undoubtedly one of those artists who makes you sit up and take notice.

Paul has been DJing since 1998 and earned his stripes at some of the early Sundissential parties and Stereo, where he was noticed by Bedrocks Steve Gerrard. However, it was not until 2003 that he had a massive breakthrough, being signed as Godskitchen's resident to open their own flagship venue Air. Since then, with the backing of the Godskitchen crew, his profile has risen enormously. A mammoth 6hr set NYE earned him a legion of fans and an official residency with the UK's biggest club.

During 2004, Paul played for Godskitchen more than any other dj, spinning alongside Groove Armada, Fergie, Sasha, Carl Cox, John Digweed, Layo & Bushwacka!, Adam Freeland, Jon Carter, Xpress2 and many more. During the summer of 2004, Paul brought his Dex In The City brand to Godskitchen, hosting the 2nd room on a monthly basis. The 2nd Dex In The City party at the club saw Paul play a 3hr back to back set with Nic Fanciulli. To top off 2004, Paul played alongside Erick Morillo at Godskitchen's New Years Eve ball.

2005 was a very busy year indeed for this young man. As well as playing many massive dates at Godskitchen & Dex In The City in the UK, Paul played twice at Global Gathering, including playing the last set in the Babooshka arena to a crowd of over 4000 clubbers. Paul has also taken on numerous gigs around the world; taken on as Godskitchen's official world tour dj in the Spring he played dates in Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea, South Africa, Sweden, Romania, Poland, Russia and Ukraine.

During 2006 Paul add to his international experience with a set at Shanghai's exlcusive Bon Bon club, regarded as their best night yet. 2006 was also the year he made his USA debut after signing an exclusive management deal with Elite Level based in Washington D.C. Paul clocked up the air miles by playing high profile parites all over the world. Back in the UK, the Godskitchen residency went from strength to strength, and the highlight of the year was spinning at 2 of the most high profile festivals, HiFi & Global Gathering, where a set after Sasha to 15,000 people on the BBC Radio 1 stage being regarded as one of the festivals best. 2006 also saw Paul venture into the world of production. His 1st release with Funkagenda under their PTFA guise came out on Mark Knight's Toolroom imprint. Original tracks Chemcial Reaction & For You were released on the legendary Whoop! label after being featured on Fergie's One For One Music piece on Radio 1. Paul's remix of Funkagenda's Underground on Red was so popular it accounted for 56% of all downloads on its own.

2007 will be a year on tour, with shows in Brazil, USA, Indonesia, China, Egypt, Poland, Russia, Romania, Hungary, Belgium and many more already in the diary. Further tours for Godskitchen Worldwide are planned in Ukraine, Germany, Dubai, Norway, South Korea, Malaysia, Turkey, Holland and at the Zurich Love Parade, Switzerland. Paul will also be playing at this years huge Global Gathering in Stratford. The Dex In The City brand is again causing a major stir in the UK club scene, throwing some off-the-wall parties in warehouses & car park's and knocking down musical barriers in the process.

Production is the key for this year and the Funkagenda & Paul Thomas aka PTFA remix of Disciples of Sound's Perfect Motion has been signed to the new Godskitchen complilation, and will be one of the highlights at the WMC and in Ibiza this year. In My Mind has been snapped up by Cosmonote Blue. In the December issue of M8 Paul received full page accolades for his rework of Bassheads – Is There Anybody Out There and it is no wonder Paul was given a New Producers feature on Radio 1. His 1st mix compilation will be released in April in conjunction with FHM Asia, which will feature exclusive material of his own. His latest release, Slubberdegullion on Toolroom has been snapped up to the new Kissdafunk & Godskitchen Albums respectively.

All in all it promises to be a very successful year for this talented and deserving young man.
