Born in St. Maarten (Netherlands Antilles) on the 14th of March 1965, lived in the Netherlands, Cura�ao and Aruba before going to College in Rome Georgia USA. On holidays to Aruba (home at that time) he was dj-ing in the biggest clubs on the island, being 17 years of age.

After dropping out of college around 1983 he moved to the island of St. Maarten again where he played as a resident dj at the biggest club 'Studio 7' for 4 years.

In 1988 he decided to seek new opportunities and moved to the Netherlands to try out in the music business. Equipped with a s10 sampler and a drum computer plus USD 500, he moved to Amsterdam. After shortly working in Bebop (now well known as the IT) in Amsterdam he decided to move to Switzerland. After two months he returned to start working in the Tahiti Club in Scheveningen in the Netherlands. Here he worked for 9 years as a resident dj. In this club he also met The Freak, where together they started the dance label called 'Jinx Records'. His first track 'Katana - Sexual Intimidation' made it big in the dance charts. The second release Katana's 'Erotmania' became one of the biggest classics in the history of the record company which they started after a few years called BPM Dance.

After leaving the Tahiti Club he focused on his company BPM Dance making it one of the biggest independent record company's in the Netherlands, with labels like Jinx Records, Silver Premium, Tri Lamb, Smoke Free DJ Tools, Bango, 2 Play, Big Bucks and many more��Meanwhile in 1999 he started to offer vinyl on the internet which in a very short time exploded to become one of the biggest online shops in Europe www.only-djs.com

In the year 2002 the music business started to experience some difficulties, the form of bankruptcies of several key-company's, so he decided to stop activities as a record company on January 2003. In the summer of 2003 a dj friend from Spain convinced him to try to become a fulltime dj. He did. After a tryout in on of the biggest clubs in Amsterdam the XL, he immediately was accepted as a resident dj.
