Kalo ngomongin soal aplikasi musik di Ipad mungkin udah pernah kita bahas, kali ini kita pengen bahas software musik untuk Android. Ipad udah menjadi platform yang solid untuk produksi musik, walau belum bisa menjadi pengganti komputer, tapi sebagai tool baru, gadget ini udah cukup diakui. Android, OS yang dibuat oleh google ini makin lama makin populer. Sekarang populasi smartphone yang memakai sistem operasi ini mulai meninggalkan saingan dekatnya, IOS (Iphone / Ipad). Sayangnya software yang ada belum secanggih software Ipad, tapi ga ada salahnya kita bahas disini. Berikut ini adalah 11 software musik untuk Android menurut Music Radar :


Christopher Souvey Musical Pro

With a metronome, pitch pipe, virtual piano, keyboards, drums and a tuner thrown in for good measure, Musical Pro has a little bit of everything. It's not really a focused offering, then, but if want a fun 'all-rounder' virtual instrument app then it's definitely worth considering.

Samalyse TapeMachine Recorder

A simple audio recording app with basic editing features is a must for capturing interesting sounds or making quick recordings. TapeMachine fits the bill perfectly. Cheap, cheerful and effective, it's ideal for recording and editing samples out and about.

mob-dev Hit it!

The 16 drum sounds included with this app won't blow your mind, but the clever sensor mode just might. Swing your phone like a drumstick and you can trigger up to five different drums depending on the angle and direction of your swing. Pretty cool stuff. More drum sounds in the next version please!

niko twenty ReLoop

The ReLoop sequencer undoubtedly has the potential to be one of the best Android music apps. Our only reservation is that some of the features aren't fully implemented yet. We'd like to see more advanced mixer and editing features so that ReLoop can really fulfil its potential.

dtg-android Spectral

This unorthodox app converts images into spectrograms (graphs showing spectral density of a sound), which can then be synthesized and played back as audio. Take a photo, apply some effects and then hear how it sounds. Embed hidden images into your tracks or just have fun finding out what your friends' faces sound like.

Pedro J Estébanez Robotic Guitarist

The main idea behind Robotic Guitarist is that you use it as a virtual guitar app - it features simulated acoustic and electric guitar sounds plus a number of cool options for added realism. As a bonus, piano sounds are thrown in and the app can also be used as a chord guide, tuner and metronome.

Adam Smith Ethereal Dialpad

This cool abstract synth allows you to pick from Flat, Draw, Swarm or Grid modes and draw patterns on the screen to play sounds. Synth options include pitch quantisation along with basic delay and flanger effects. Plug-ins enable you to expand the app with cool features such as gravitational sensor control.

Chris Wolfe Jasuto

One of the best iPhone music making apps is now available for Android, too. It enables you to build synths from a set of components called Nodes - connect them together in any way you like. Jasuto is a fantastic modular mobile environment - just be aware that you'll need a powerful Android phone in order to run it.

Peter Eastman Etherophone

It's an unwritten rule of smartphones that every touchscreen deserves a Theremin app, and Etherophone is our pick of the bunch for Android. Adjustable range and register settings, basic envelope options and cool sliders for adjusting the harmonic content of the sound make this unassuming free app a must-have.

niko twenty electrum

This simple drum machine app is based on the classic step sequencer format. With good built-in sounds and free downloadable packs based on classics such as the Roland 808 and 909, Electrum has some great sonic potential. We highly recommend checking out the excellent sample packs at Synthdrums.com.

Uloops Labs Uloops Music Composer

This is a one-stop music-making environment for your Android phone. It's a free download, but there's a $15 yearly subscription to unlock limits on track number, render requests and more. We're reviewing the subscribed version here.
