♥ The Beacon of Love, Great Music and Unforgettable Memories! ♥

The most anticipated outdoor dance music festival of the year is back on the pristine palm tree-lined Siloso Beach, for the ninth year, bringing forth a spectacular voyage of rapturous music, dancing, art and lots of festivities.

Inspired by Greek mythology's illustration of the legendary aquatic nymphs' irresistible allure, with seafarers captivated by the mythical temptresses' enchanting melodies and voice, the Sirens' call beckons the collective buoyant vibes of partygoers at ZoukOut 2009.

ZoukOut - Asia's distinctive and largest outdoor dance music festival returns to be the beacon of community spirit celebrating love, respect and all in all, ever-lasting good moments!


☼ Surf's Up! Wave House Sentosa comes aboard

With a record breaking 26,000 party revellers in 2008, ZoukOut 2009 extends its venue to incorporate Siloso Beach's latest lifestyle attraction, Wave House Sentosa, and will house one of ZoukOut's stages! Offering exhilarating rides akin to the Wave Houses found in North America, Chile and South Africa, thrill seekers can look to make a wild splash and get their adrenaline fix whether surfing the tube, jumping waves or performing gravity defying flips and stunts.

Following the successful release and sell out of 'Zouk in the House' in 2008, Zouk teams up again with globally recognized brand, Defected Records, a key player in the international dance music scene to launch a special "ZoukOut in the House 09" 2-CD compilation!

As a continuation in shaping Singapore's dance music scene globally, Zouk, being Asia's only super club aims to stand apart with this co-branded international release that will feature tracks mixed by Simon Dunmore, Defected Records' head honcho and Zouk's very own resident, djB who will lend his own signature flair to the collaboration.

Yup, support local scene itu ga cuma dateng dan nonton dj local di scene local aja, tp klw bsa bwa dj local main di luar, itu juga support local scene...

Dan Bangsa ini bisa membanggakan NEGERINYA dgn DJ2 nya yg sangat BERKUALITAS TINGGI , bukan hanya MEMUJA DJ Dari NEGERI EROPA DAN USA.

ZOUK OUT tak akan serame itu jika CROWD DARI INDONESIA TIDAK MENSUPPORT ! They need US...

Why dont we make THEY COME to HERE intead WE COME TO THEM !

One more things, These days ZOUK is NEVER SUPPORT ASIAN DJ's.... THEY ARE VERY ANTI to Bring over ASIAN DJ to their Booth... Only Aldrin and his Friends !

Hehehe... no offense bro, tapi kok kita ke zoukout dipermasalahkan ya sob? apa kita ke zouk out membuat kita tidak nasionalis? udah setahunan kita support event lokal every weekend, sekarang pengen liburan aja sob.

Gua setuju, DJ kita saat ini adalah terbaik se asia tenggara, Event2 kita juga sama bagusnya dengan luar negeri. But i think blaming them for not involving us in their event is misaddressed. Kenapa banyak orang indonesia pergi nonton event mereka? karena mereka dapat full support dari pemerintah mereka. kita punya materi event yang ga kalah seru dibanding zoukout, jika pemerintah full support dimasukkan ke agenda tahunan promosi event pariwisata indonesia, gua yakin akan banyak clubbers luar yang pengen dateng kesini.

kalau mau dibandingin sih, seharusnya kita yang prihatin ama scene mereka, dj lokal mereka tidak segemerlap dj lokal disini. every weekend headlinersnya adalah dj bule, bandingin ama dj disini yang bisa menclak menclok ke tiap kota besar, di elu elukan di negara sendiri, punya opportunity lebih besar untuk berkarya.

soal dj kita main di zoukout, kita dari ravelex sudah menyuarakan hal ini ke representatif pemerintah singapura di jakarta. mudah mudahan permintaan kita bisa dikabulkan, kalau tidak mungkin tahun depan.

nah back to support dari pemerintah disini. hehehe. secara paman mr. R jadi ketua majelis, mungkin keluhan kita bisa disampaikan langsung sob. mudah2an departemen pariwisata bisa melek matanya dan melihat event2 kita sebagai salah satu lahan meraup devisa lebih buat negara kita tercinta...
