DJ GREGORY bio:
The "Most Innovative Producer" says the House Music Awards in 2004, DJ Gregory's incredibly versatile, groundbreaking, timeless taste in music comes a long way from his deeply rooted past in the growing French house music scene. Started from a residency at the TGV and incredibly successful releases on numerous labels. In 2000, Gregory started the AFRICANISM label with fellow Frenchman Bob Sinclair. This label has created countless classics to date, but his passion for more underground music came to birth of his own FAYA COMBO label. His talents was soon discovered by the giant label DEFECTED UK with the already classic "TROPICAL SOUNDCLASH" release. This gave a worldwide spread to the DJ Gregory vibe, as a brilliant DJ and a timeless classics producer. His recent mix compilation for DEFECTED "IN THE HOUSE" series and also a densely packed international itinerary including the JUNCTION FESTIVAL BALI this summer, marks DJ Gregory's presence in the global house music scene.
