Fat Boy Slim dikabarkan akan datang ke Jakarta pada tanggal 11 Juni 2011. DJ yang punya nama asli Norman Cook ini adalah salah satu DJ internasional yang paling ditunggu tunggu kedatangannya di Indonesia. Di website Urbanite.asia, EO yang akan mendatangkan dia memperlihatkan banner teaser untuk event yang masih kita belum ketahui seperti apa.

Norman Cook aka Fat Boy Slim punya segudang hit yang ia produksi yang menjadikannya salah satu legenda di dunia dance music. Lagu Praise You pernah bercokol di urutan pertama tangga lagu UK Singles Chart pada tahun 1999. Lagu lagunya yang lainnya seperti Right Here Right Now, Sunset (Bird of Prey), Funk Soul Brother & Rockerfeller Skank menjadi lagu abadi yang selalu dimainkan di club club seluruh dunia sampai sekarang. Konsernya di Brighton Beach yang diberi nama Fat Boy Slim Big Beach Boutique didatangi lebih dari  20.000 fans. Bersama Prodigy, Chemical Brothers, dan Crystal Method, ia mempopulerkan genre yang disebut Big Beat. Kehadirannya di indonesia mungkin akan menjadi performance terbesar tahun ini.
