Ada yg pernah lihat iklan Cerebrovit yg baru? Commercial Song-nya memakai lagu Hello We Are Bottlesmoker.
FYI, pihak Kalbe ga pernah ngontak Manajemen kami untuk minta izin penggunaan lagu tersebut.
Kini kami butuh video bukti rekamannya untuk proses pengusutan. Kalau ada yang punya rekaman iklannya bisa upload di youtube / fb, nanti kami yg akan mengunduh.
Untuk teman2 yang kebetulan melihat iklannya sedang tayang di TV, kami minta tolong untuk rekam seadanya saja, pake media apapun. Itu akan sangat berarti untuk kami.

Gw menyarankan mereka ngontak stasiun tv dimana mereka menonton iklan tersebut. Kalau alasannya jelas gw yakin pasti akan dikasih copy nya si iklan tsb sih.. tp bagusnya kita gak generalisasi ini sebagai "mental orang Indonesia", kalau "mental korporasi Indonesia" gw setuju..

just an opinion, don't mean to offend anyone : jangankan bottlesmoker yg cuma grup lokal, grup sekelas telefon tel aviv aja dibajak

gw jg sering bikin jingle iklan, kalo dapet permintaan "bikin kaya gini kaya gitu blablabla" biasanya gw iyain aja, tapi tetep jadinya beda kalo sang CD nggak mau repot, biasanya main tabrak lari model gini deh

Gw blom nemu info lebih lanjut, cuma dapet fakta bahwa seblom iklan ini keluar, Kalbe dipegang Advis, tapi udah nggak lagi sekarang, nobody knows who are they with now, probably some stupid agency who doesn't know the meaning of COPYRIGHT

Facebook itu media skala internasional brad, dan punya power yg tidak kecil. Buktinya megawati aja ketar-ketir waktu ada group anti-mega. Lagian apa gunanya bergantung ama media mainstream yg objektifitasnya diragukan, dengan kemungkinan suratnya bakalan dipublished aja belum tentu? Hang The Middlemen!!

Bener, udah gw rekomendasikan ke pihak managerial. Menurut mereka, sedang dalam proses pengumpulan fakta dan bukti, bahkan sudah mengirimkan insider ke pihak "lawan" sendiri..
