one of the most influential band in my life.. hehehe..



taun ini mereka reunian lagi (tapi kalo gak salah cuman chamberlain sama corgan doank!)
terus ngeluarin album baru yang namanya Zeitgeist
dibagi 6 edition : silver, purple, blue, yellow, red, and green cover.
gue juga kurang ngerti bedanya apaan
yang pasti di setiap cover yg berbeda ada bonus tracks nya masing masing
gue sendiri blm denger 1 album full
baru denger selewatan selewatan doang di mobil temen gue (belom beli cd nya, huhuhu!)
vocalnya corgan masih sama banget, psychedelic nya masih dapet!
sound rocknya juga masi kentel juoo, riff guitarnya masih khas smashing bgt
kayaknya ada bbrp track yg slow
tapi tetep dark model2 track lama kayak eye, the eye, stand inside your love, cupid de locke, etc

anyway, im just refreshing your head for one of the best psychedelic rock band in the fuken world alivee! =)

setelah ngedengerin albumnya, menurut gua soundnya smashing jaman dulu masih ada tuh. gebukannya chamberlain masih khas, apalagi suara cemprengnya si corgan masih ok, ga kayak band2 laen yang mencoba comeback tapi ga dapet feelnya. kurang iha ama d'arcy.

tapi dibandingin album2 yang lalu, kayaknya yang ini terlalu idealis ya, lebih keras, rada kurang melodik, kangen nih lagu model Today, Disarm, 1979 ato tonight 2.

comebacknya smashing ini yang gua harep cuman 1 : nonton konsernya sekali seumur hidup...
semoga dateng ke jakarta!!!
