Mansion Bandung was packed and pumping at the last semifinal of Heineken Thirst 2008.

Sonic started it nicely with all the effects. Followed by Vu smooth set, continued with Otsu Aiko trance set.

The judges total score gave the last final spot to... DJ VU with 64 points.

Congratulations VU.

Best of luck to Otsu Aiko and Sonic.

The last 3 semifinalists DJ Otsu Aiko (Jakarta), DJ Sonic (Sidoarjo) and DJ Vu (Jakarta) will compete to grab the last available spot in the final on Heat 4 this Saturday, 20 December 2008 @ Mansion Club Bandung.

Bali was raining just like Surabaya, yet the crowd is ready to see 3 semifinalists from the start.

DJ Ruben started the competition, followed by DJ Arie and DJ Ivan Guih.

The heat is really burning out at Ocean Beach Club, as the 3 of them gave their best.

The judges decision was final, and the 3rd finalist is.... DJ Ivan Guih with 56 points.

He's still shock right now, even after he jumped to the OBC's pool as he promised to do if he wins :-D

Surabaya was raining last nite, but that didn't stop the crowd to come to Blowfish, to see DJ Adhel, DJ Kono, and DJ Oki Koro competing in Heat 2 to grab a spot in the final of Heineken Thirst 2008.

3 of them did great, yet the competition can only pick 1 winner.

And the winner is DJ Oki Koro with 69 points.

Congratulations Oki.

Heat 1 of Heineken Thirst 2008 started exactly at 10 PM last nite @ Barcode
Irvan started the competition, followed by Ri-V and then Bagus.
All three gave their best, yet only 1 can be named the winner and become the first finalist of Heineken Thirst 2008.

And the one who made it to the top 4 is.... DJ IRVAN (Surabaya) with 71 points.

This year, Heineken Thirst committee recieved 116 demo tapes.
20 participants are disqualified because they either did not submit all the requirements or did not meet the age limitation.

The judges, DJ Hogi, DJ Iman dan Faried Arifin, had carefully listened and reviewed all 96 demo tapes qualified two days in a row.

And as promised, these are 45 DJs who make it to the preliminary round that will take place in Jakarta on November 18 - 20, 2008, in alphabetical order:
