Brazilian dance rock quintet CSS arrived on the global scene in 2006 with a handful of playful jams and seemingly boundless onstage energy. It's reassuring to know that they've lost none of that spirit on their third album, La Liberacion, which hits stores August 23. Experience it for yourself: the entire album is streaming here exclusively.

From the first single "Hits Me Like a Rock," featuring guest vocals from Primal Scream's Bobby Gillespie, to the bouncy, Talking Heads pop of "Echo of Love," to the avant-piano pop of "Partners in Crime," to the gleefully spazzy finale "Fuck Everything," CSS show no fear, recording whatever suited their collective mood.

"We just wanted to be over the top," singer Lovefoxxx tells SPIN. "We would be very exuberant [in the studio] and not think of how to do it live. This was the only rule that we had."

One of the most spirited numbers is "Hits Me Like a Rock," with its bouncy synth hook and its permanently catchy opening cascade of oh-oh-ohs: "The song lyrics are about when you get so hooked on a song for a long time, and then when you listen to it again, years later, it really hits you and you feel everything again, like it just happened yesterday," says Lovefoxxx.

Then there's the plucky title track. "[Multi-instrumentalist] Adriano [Cintra] really likes punk rock bands from Argentina, and I think that he was really excited about having a punk rock song in Spanish," Lovefoxxx says of "La Liberacion." "And then he sent it to us, because he was playing around in the studio by himself, we all really liked it. I love singing that song live."

Torontonian quartet, 'Azari & III' have announced their debut self-titled album for release on 1st August on Loose Lips Records. It follows the release of the single 'Hungry For The Power,' which erupted a storm of awe on the underground music scene, and a collaborative track 'Stay Here' with Friendly Fires in 2010. The record is set to become the sound of a dystopian summer with their innately brooding beat and sordid-pop edge.

Azari & III's unique blend of moody electronica, dark yet hooky vocal choruses and analog-thick rhythms  has earned them a hardcore following and sees this album as one of the most-anticipated in the calendar. This July, Atlantic Jaxx Recording will release Basement Jaxx Vs Metropole Orkest, a collection of the UK duo's collaborative works with the Dutch orchestra.

The record features reinterpretations of Basement Jaxx's back catalogue, featuring the Metropole Orkest's sixty-piece orchestra and twenty-voice choir, plus some fixtures of the duo's live shows, such as American singer Lisa Kekaula of "Good Luck." Felix Buxton, one half of the band, and eminent London conductor Jules Buckley have produced the album over the past year, combining a selection of studio recordings and live performances from the collective's first and only performance, which took place in Eindhoven this past February. The album, which also features an original piece by Buxton, is released to coincide with the UK premiere of the collaboration at Barbican Hall.

The past two years saw Kitsune's young protégés Two Door Cinema Club explode onto the live circuit, their infectious indie pop squatting the airwaves and their debut album Tourist History selling like hot cakes in excess of 300,000 copies. Very much the contrary in fact as it has started to set up Kitsuné Club Nights all over the world, a new unique concept bringing together an exciting and diverse DJ team including some of its most gifted collaborators and artists (Logo, BeatauCue, Jerry Bouthier, Gildas, Icona Pop...)To celebrate this occasion label head honcho Gildas Loaec is releasing on July 18th a digital mix aptly titled Gildas Kitsuné Club Night Mix, which compiles some of the hottest tracks currently in his highly prized dj wallet ('one of the five most influen- tial A&Rs in the world said Mixmag). Apart from the aforementioned hotly tipped latest recruits Is Tropical and Housse de Racket, respectively remixed here by Moonlight Matters and Briefs, the mix includes songs by Polarsets, Cosmonaut and Nightbox, some of the imprint's latest indie-dance groundbreaking discoveries (as developed in Kitsuné Maison 11).

Fast & furious is often how you would describe Gildas' deejaying, with enough poptastic u-turns at the right time and the right place, so for sure his beloved rockin' weapons haven't been forgotten here. For proof Database's super disco Vice II, Para One's mental acid-house remix of Hey Today! Nu disco? Yeah kind of, but Kitsuné-style, which always means with a zest of cool, fresh pop and certainly no boundaries to get trapped in. Release Note:

Motor City Drum Ensemble has mixed the next edition of DJ-Kicks, due out this summer on !K7.

The release will be Danilo Plessow's first official mix CD. Known for his bass-heavy, soul-inspired sound, the Stuttgart-based artist put out a string of records between 2007 and 2009 that made him a favorite among DJs and house music fans, most notably the Raw Cuts 12-inch series. The mix looks to be a particularly diverse affair, with plenty of nods to Plessow's influences, starting off with experimental jazz gods Sun Ra and moving through selections from Aphex Twin, Rhythm & Sound, Tony Allen and Loose Joints. Classic house fare comes in the form of Mr. Fingers and Recloose, while Fred P (AKA Black Jazz Consortium) brings the ethereal touch with "On This Vibe." An exclusive Motor City Drum Ensemble track is included as well, entitled "L.O.V.E."

Heidi's Jackathon series will get its first mix CD this summer, due out on Berlin label Get Physical Music.

As a DJ, BBC Radio 1 host and former employee at Phonica Records in London, Heidi's had a firm foothold in clubland for years. She's been throwing Jackathon parties since last fall, beginning in London and Berlin and expanding to other cities around the world, including Paris, Manchester and Miami. As its name suggests, the series is all about classically-rooted, unpretentious house music, and so of course is the mix CD. Bookended by original vocal drops from Chicago legend Derrick Carter, Jackathon packs in 16 tracks by the likes of Soul Clap, Jamie Jones, Juan Maclean and Mat Tolfrey, all of which were made specifically for the mix.

"I asked 16 artists that I admire to make an exclusive track for me as a little gift to the people who have supported what I do-some known, some unknown," Heidi says. "It was also a gift to me, as I had no idea what these artists were going to make me. The result was more than I could have wished for.

Release Note:

London dubstep artist Soloman Rose, better known as Silkie, will release his second album, City Limits Volume 2, this June.

Despite having kept a relatively modest international profile throughout his career, Rose remains one of the most respected dubstep artists to come out of South London. He made his production debut in 2003 with a 12-inch on P Records, but it wasn't until 2008 that he began releasing singles on a regular basis. Since then, Soul Jazz Records and Disfigured Dubs have each hosted releases from Rose, and he's also dropped an LP, City Limits Volume 1, plus a string of 12-inches via Mala's Deep Medi Musik.

Rose will be returning to Deep Medi for his latest effort, which sees him exercise his affinity for dark and brooding proto-dubstep, while occasionally experimenting with jazz and funk-inspired sounds. Three collaborations are also included on the release, with Skream, Truth and Von D each having been invited to join Rose behind the boards.

If we exercise close your eyes with this 81 Series Go playing, one imagines the
Milky-treading barefoot and punished for artificial grass butts-day stage of
dreaming. Beer in hand and sunglasses popular brand, look around to search your
relatives or wink that smile that only means one thing, pure pleasure. This is
exactly what has shaped Agoria mix in the blessed hand. Galician Xess Valley
with the testimonial and organic "Noites whole" and the Teutons Denseland with
minimalist percussion "Scrape it up" are responsible for input to the mat
Ideal time to make way for the new promise of sensitive electronics, Nicolas
Jaar, with opioid remix of "You put a smell on me" by Matthew Dear.

the summit is unstoppable, ladies and gentlemen. Agoria has the nerve to join a
remix of The Human League ("Sky" by The Hacker distorted filthy format) with
"Zzafrika" remixed by the ineffable Gesaffelstein ZZT (Zombie Nation & Tiga eye
to the data).

The result is a boulder which bodes trancero arms in the air and
flying glasses birra. The British Surgeon does not ease the roost, with housera
and ketamine "Atol" giving way to the carpet kraut minimalera Ricardo
Villalobos and his remix of "Blood on My Hands" Shackleton's always dark. The
madness continues with the provision of underground techno Silent Servant
("Violence" seen by Kalon) and the subtle presence of the seal of promise

with the effective "Magnolia" and the newest hit hitch tech house of Rone, "So
so so", hummable humming. Tri Angle finds its place among both hedonism with
the hidden "Your love" Holy Other. While Paul Kalkbrenner injects partying
always effective seal, which may serve as a perfect mattress for the paraphrase
Thom Yorke under the post-dubstep amalgam of Four Tet and Burial (the justified
hype "Ego"). The sun begins to set and it's time to close the campus during the
day. It's time to plan and bright with polished remix of washers ("Three more
chords") and start to put the flip flops and say goodbye to the people to the
sound of verses Ghostpoet narcotics. The last drink beer in a hurry to be under
the heavenly piano notes Aphex Twin in "Nanou 2" (the album "Drukqs"). God

Bedrock have unveiled details for Structures 2, a three-disc album due out next month.

Much like its predecessor from last year, Structures 2 features two mixes from label founder John Digweed. The first is a "blissed out electronica mix" featuring all exclusive Bedrock tracks; the second is a "snapshot of a recent live mix" from the Avalon in Hollywood, which Digweed considers "one of America's best clubs." Disc three compiles another batch of previously unreleased Bedrock tunes, including cuts from Robert Babicz, Maetrik (AKA Maceo Plex) and Digweed himself with Nick Muir. All of the songs in this portion of the release come in DJ-friendly unmixed format.

John Tejada will release his next album, Parabolas, this June through Kompakt.

With almost ten albums and dozens of EPs under his belt, Tejada is one of California's most well-known DJs and producers. He's spent most of his nearly two decade career releasing through Palette Recordings, a label he founded in 1996, though he's also popped up on European imprints like Poker Flat and ~scape. Parabolas continues his recent partnership with Kompakt, which began earlier this year with a 12-inch called Unstable Condition, both tracks from which appear on the album. The rest of the material is all previously unreleased. In terms of sound, expect the slick, melodic style of tech house Tejada has long been known for.

In just a few years, French electronic artist Yuksek has managed to become one of the most respected producers in the French scene, alongside acts such as Justice, Daft Punk, Sebastian, or his friends from his home city of Reims, (DJ) Brodinski and The Shoes.

After leaving Klanguage,Yuksek became a solo act and this was his way to fame, first through smashing remixes, then with his first solo album "Away from the Sea".

It was this album that featured the underground club electro classic "Tonight", which made all clubbers around the world bang their heads. On his debut album, Yuksek also showed his talent for song-writing, and for composing electro productions with a pop twist (which are evident on his collaborations with Shit Disco, Amanda Blank (on the single "Extraball") . At this stage of his career, he has officially remixed acts such as The Gorillaz, Lady Gaga, Phoenix, Moby, Mika, Kaiser Chiefs, M83, Wu Tang Clan and The Gossip.

Yuksek will release his new album "Living on the Edge of Time" in July 4th this year. On this album, Yuksek sings all the vocals & offers a poppier sound, keeping the machines edgy, sharp, and dance driven.

To wit, first single "Dystopia (The Earth is on Fire)," is reportedly based on the group's reaction to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill and the press release for the album states that "YACHT asserts that the future is a blank slate upon which anything can be imposed... Shangri-La argues that 'Paradise is kinetic potential, a latency within us that has been eaten alive by time.'"

This was the platform for both of their previous full-lengths–Animal and the mini-album Down and Out in Paris and London–but Self Help for Beginners will come out on their new label, Bad Life. Monkeytown Records are set to release a collection of old tracks by Siriusmo, entitled Pearls & Embarrassments.

Until Modeselektor released his second album and started booking him for their Modeselektion parties, Moritz Friedrich kept a pretty low profile, often preferring the messy confines of his studio to a night spent out in a club. Partly as a result of this, he's produced dozens upon dozens of oddball tracks over the past decade, many of which have either not been released or come out only on vinyl. Pearls and Embarrassments unearths 42 of these productions, including eight that have until now never seen the light of day. All were recorded at some point between 2000 and 2010. The release will be available as a double-CD package this month.

SBTRKT will release his self-titled debut album this June on Young Turks.

Ever since he first appeared at the end of 2009, SBTRKT has enjoyed what Richard Carnes described as a "meteoric rise" in a Breaking Through feature last year, vaulting from total obscurity to regular gigs in Fabric's Room 1. He tried to stay anonymous at first, partly by means of his trademark mask, but was eventually identified as Aaron Jerome, a former nu-jazz and broken beat artist. Though neither style characterizes his music today, they provide a helpful context: ever since his early white labels, SBTRKT has pushed a style that's rooted in bass music, flirts with pop and continues to elude categorization. "My original material is more song-based experiments rather than club-friendly instrumentals," he says.

The upcoming album features vocal appearances by some of SBTRKT's past collaborators, such as Sampha and Jessie Ware. All the tracks are previously unreleased. One the songs, "Wildfire," is available for download on SBTKRT's website in exchange for your email address.

The Spanish electronic producer Henry Saiz brings his unique formula to the esteemed mix series with an exciting conceptualized approach. Through attempting to occupy the creative space closer to that of an artist album, rather than a club mix, Henry has delicately created an odyssey in sound for the latest installation, Balance 019.

CD1 explores how music has the power to contain and store personal emotional experiences. This is the characteristic that Henry loves most about music, that 'evocative power to send you back to your childhood or to a specific moment of your life'. In order to create that evocative and psychedelic atmosphere, this CD has an elaborated crafted lo-fi sound through the use of varying analogue formats such as cassette or vinyl. Saiz expertly harnesses his intricate knowledge of sound through the use of a multitude of layers, sampling, edits and the use of lot of vocals to create a melodic and intense experience that attempts to connect with memories and complex emotions.

Following the same concept, but offering up a balance is CD2, which is more geared towards the dance-floor. As ever, the track selection is eclectic in its outlook, but has a definite tech-house feel that is tinged with the influence of House, melodic Techno, Disco and Detroit alongside the plethora of styles Saiz uses for his musical motivation.

Adding to the experience is the fact that Henry has chosen to use only unreleased productions and exclusive collaborations with other artists. So there are plenty of rare inclusions on the track-list that make for a completely fresh listening experience.

Notable highlights are Saiz's own new downtempo version of "Lady in the Mirror" and new tracks from him like "Eterno Retorno", which effortlessly fuses the past and present. Exclusively made for this are collaborations with Marc Marzenit, Dosem and Pional. DJ Harvey has announced details for his debut album under his Locussolus moniker.

Unsurprisingly, the album comes courtesy of International Feel, the Uruguayan imprint that first coaxed Harvey back into the producer's chair last year. Unfortunately for those following those singles already, there's little new material from Harvey himself included. From the looks of the CD tracklisting, only "Bloodbath" hasn't been previously released in some format. Harvey has instead chosen to include remixes from Andrew Weatherall, Lindstrøm & Prins Thomas, an Emperor Machine edit and a dub of "Throwdown" to round out the journey. Versions on Beatport and iTunes will have slightly different tracklistings, and a vinyl release will include the new remixes for those who want to have them on wax.
