jangan salah bro.. gw bbrp bulan lalu liat Armin maen di salah satu club di amsterdam.. yg request banyak juga kok.. i bet PVD would have the same situation while he playing at small club..  kejadiannya juga bakal sama aja sih..
cuman gw yakin yg dirikues juga bakal gak aneh2.. hehe.. secara pas sander van doorn maen sempet ge rikuesin juga.. hihi..

tapi yg bikin salut.. norman kekeh ngurus ijin biarpun itu makan waktu 5 tahun..
Demi bisa bikin party gede di kampung halamannya.. hehe..
dulu gak dikasih ijin soalnya yg Big Beach Boutique 2 ada yg mati 1 orang.. cewek warga Australia klo gak salah.. tapi itupun meninggalnya pas perjalanan pulang party.. bukan salah dia donk..

wah.. kabar2i aja bro lg di sby..

setelah dia memperjuangkan ijin yg cukup lama.. Akhirnya Norman Cook mendapatkan ijin untuk membuat Big Beach Boutique 3.. dimana ini merupakan pesta peryaan tahun baru 2007 bagi warga Brighton..
fyi, Big Beach Boutique 1 diadakan tahun 2001 (30.000 orang) & Big Beach Boutique 2 (250.000) diadakan tahun 2002.. Rencana awalnya Norman akan membuat Big Beach Boutique kempali di Brighton pada tahun 2003. Tapi pemerintah setempat tidak memberikan ijin. Akhirnya pada 7 Maret 2004 Norman sempat memindahkan Big Beach Boutique ke Flamengo Beach di Brazil. dan event itu dihadiri tidak kurang dari 300.000 orang !!

Dan setelah hampir 5 tahun akhirnya Norman Cook bisa membuat Beach Party lagi di kampung halamannya, Brighton..

Big Beach Boutique 3 ini benar2 diawasi ketat oleh pemerintah setempat tertama menyangkut kapasitas tempat. Pemerintah setempat tidak mau kecolongan lagi seperti Big Beach Boutique 2 yg awalnya diperkirakan sekitar 60.000 orang yg datang.. tapi ternyata yang datang mencapai 250.000 orang..
Pada Big Beach Boutique 3 dijual 'cuma' 20.000 tiket saja.. dan yang bisa membeli hanya warga yg punya 'KTP' Brighton.. Tiket mulai dijual pada tanggal 2 November 2006 via internet dan Sold Out hanya dalam waktu 2,5 jam!!     

Bagaimana suasana Big Beach Boutique 3 pas tahun baru 2007 lalu ? kita tunggu saja DVDnya..

Big Beach Boutique 3 - Brighton New Years Day 2007

Fatboy Slim - back on Brighton Beach
A Local Gig For Local People @ Madeira Drive, Brighton

DJ Fatboy Slim (otherwise known as Hove resident Norman Cook) has just unveiled plans for Big Beach Boutique 3, his third open-air concert (subject to license) to take place on Brighton seafront.

The new format of the show will build upon the successes of Fatboy Slim's world tour, which has so far included locations as far-flung as Australia, Brazil, South Africa, Spain, Italy, Japan, and Romania.  This will be the third British show in the tour, which has already visited Northern Ireland's Port Rush, and mainland's Loch Ness.

Big Beach Boutique 3 will take place on Madeira Drive, Brighton seafront, on New Year's Day 2007.  This 20,000 capacity, open-air site has been carefully selected to ensure maximum safety after lengthy consultation with Sussex Police, Brighton & Hove City Councillors, and other key agencies.

Doors are scheduled to open at 2.00pm, with the show commencing at 3.00pm and running until 8.00pm. There will be bars situated around the venue, which will be open until 9.00pm. The timings for the event have been carefully selected to ensure that all ticket-holders are able to make a safe exit and journey home.

As well as Fatboy Slim, there will also be special guest DJ sets during the event from David Guetta and The Cuban Brothers.

Big Beach Boutique 3 will be strictly ticket-only, with 20,000 on sale from Thursday 2nd November from FatboySlim.net. Tickets will initially only be made available to members of the public who have a BN postcode, after which they will go on sale to the rest of the country. They can be purchased by credit or debit card in two ways: either online, or by calling a dedicated ticket sales line (0870 042 9465). The cardholder must be registered to a BN postcode to enable a purchase, and numbers will be restricted for each cardholder.

"We have been working very hard over the last few months behind the scenes with all the relevant organisations in Brighton & Hove, to make sure that, if we hold another event in the City, safety is our paramount consideration. You will need a ticket to get anywhere near the show. The strategy put into place for BBB3 has taken on board the lessons learnt from the last event, which is why we have made the decision to make this an all ticket event." Norman Cook
