Luke is laid back about everything except music. Recently ranked – 27 – in DJ magazine's Top 100 DJs Poll of 2009, it's clear that Holland's homeboy is on fire like never before. It's why his own party, Super You&Me, is such a winner. Why he is bustin' up bassbins from Australia to the Americas – and ripping up a storm working with everyone from Diplo to Tiësto. Yes, Luke's stratospheric success befits his world-beating talents and is reaching new levels of hotness in 2009!

2009 is Luke's craziest year yet. His collaboration with the Swedish House Mafia, 'Leave The World Behind', was an Essential New Tune on Pete Tong's Miami show – and, as of July 2009, is Beatport's best-selling track of the year. His Super You&Me party at club Louis during WMC was also an incredible success, starring some sick tag-team antics from Diplo & A-Trak before Luke closed the show. Plus, Luke & Diplo have produced a dancefloor slayer called 'Hey'. Naturally, Luke's remix talents are equally in demand – just see Martin Solveig's 'Boys & Girls' and MSTRKRFT featuring John Legend's 'Heartbreaker'. To top it off, he has remixed David Guetta and traded remixes with Tiësto. Meanwhile, Luke's own killer track 'My G*O*D* (My Guns On Demo)' is scorching floors, and he's always testing new artillery on his travels. Touring in 2009 has seen Luke continue to blaze a trail from Australia to Ibiza, where he played for David Guetta's FCUK Me I'm Famous party at Pacha, and with Roger Sanchez for Release Yourself at Amnesia. Further marking his transition to major league status, this year has also seen him nominated for best House DJ in Ibiza's DJ Awards.

Luke's alliance with the Swedish House Mafia first came to fruition when he remixed 'Sexy F**k' for Steve Angello's Size in 2006, and with Angello produced 'Otherwize Then'. These marked the start of an annual tradition of making music with the Swedes. Thus in 2007 Luke joined forces with the guys for 'Get Dumb', while his other tracks exploded on Size and Stealth.

In 2008 Luke released 5 tracks, 18 remixes and played almost 200 DJ sets – including his first Radio 1 Essential Mix. Another Mixmash smash, and one more Essential Tune, came from his working with Kanye West's tour DJ A-Trak for 'Shake It Down'. Others making the Essential grade included his remixes of Underworld and Chromeo. It was a year that also saw him make an enormous impact on Ibiza. And he ended the year with 'Show Me Love', by Luke & Steve Angello featuring Robin S, which entered both the Buzz and Cool Cuts Charts, and even reached 11 in the UK's official singles chart.

DJing and producing relentlessly, and innovating musically like nobody else, more chart-busting, club-shaking times lie ahead for Luke. At this point, scrolling through his achievements may be exhausting enough, but imagine living that diary, my G*O*D*. His secret? Well, a clue is in the pure energy that he transmits and the martial arts that he practises. Yes, Luke has good 'kung fu', always keeping an ear to the ground while his music rockets skyward!

Shortly after Mark befriended Derrick Carter in 1988 at a record store in Chicago, his passion for House music, and sharing it with the world, exploded.

Mark experimented with a deeper style, dropping De La Soul, disco classics and other stuff that wasn't being played in the main rooms of nightclubs. While exploring his love for the purist forms of House Music, Mark developed his trademark style: Mushroom Jazz; acid jazz infused with the West Coast's jazzy, organic productions along with urban beats.

Since then, Mark has been traveling the globe performing 100s of shows, to over one million club goers, a year. His House sets take fans on journeys to the jazzy side of Chicago House mixed San Fran style. Some of these sets have been known to last up to 8 hours. And sometimes you'll find Mark playing in two different rooms at the same party, showcasing his range of rocking the big room sound to the uber-chill.

Farina's taste making skills continue to turn the heads of crowds worldwide and consistently draw new fans to his style of chunky–funky rhythms and deep underground house. URB, MUZIK and BPM Magazines have all had him on their Top DJ's In The World lists.

The different faces of Farina appear on the various CDs released: MUSHROOM JAZZ series showcases a hip-hop, sub-groove, jazzy, dubby and downtempo vibe, SEASONS, a critically acclaimed House mix, and most recently highly acclaimed FABRIC 40 compilation.

Mark has been voted as one of the top DJs in the world by URB, MUZIK and BPM Magazines.

At a time where the marriage between dance and rock is neighboring inevitable, CUT COPY walk the line as pioneers of the new sound movement with a distinctly pop sensibility that draws on classic AM radio pop singles from the 1970s and '80s, with elements of vintage disco and synth pop that appeal to song-based listeners as well as the club kidz. Their 2008 return, "In Ghost Colours" debuted at the top of Australia's ARIA charts in 2008 as it delivers both timelessness and forward thinking as the trio embarks on the next phase of their acclaimed career. Haunted with machines of the past and sounds of the future, "In Ghost Colours" inhabits the space in time where trends are irrelevant and 1969 is as important as 2020. Both electronic and organic, Cut Copy have crafted a record filled with glorious sounds and moods, unabashed pop song structures with hooks and melodies for eons.

Cut Copy's 2004 debut "Bright Like Neon Love" introduced the band as a dance-infused trio whose songs transcended the carbon copy pop makers of modern disco. "Bright Like Neon Love" produced three groundbreaking singles, "Going Nowhere", "Future" and "Saturdays," which boasted the vision of frontman/Cut Copy creator Dan Whitford and the talents of drummer Mitchell Scott and guitarist Tim Hoey. As the band evolved into an Australian Festival mainstay, they also toured globally with FRANZ FERDINAND and DAFT PUNK. It followed an inventive Whitford live DJ mix that was released internationally in 2006 as FABRICLIVE 29.

The songs that Cut Copy collected in the period following "Bright Like Neon Love" arrived as promising bones of a more assured, song-based follow up. This idea was something that appealed to Tim Goldsworthy, DFA's inhouse producer, programming guru, synth mogul and eventual "muse" for In Ghost Colours. Goldsworthy was enlisted for the project after a series of conversations with the band (admitted DFA fans). The result is a more lyrical, guitar heavy work that pushes Cut Copy forward, while channeling their inner dancey soul.

Their download-only single "Hearts On Fire" became the Number One record for 2007 on Australia's influential radio network Triple J, while the leak track "So Haunted" received tremendous alternative airplay on Australian radio. The follow-up single "Lights and Music," which features hard-hitting remixes by Boys Noize and Superdiscount, rocketed the band to even greater heights internationally. Their transition from past to present will undoubtedly be a favored one as the Melbourne boys head for the future, setting HEARTS ON FIRE.

The brainchild of veteran producers Morgan Geist and Darshan Jesrani, Metro Area was born out of the pair's somewhat dichotomous love for both the old moods of R&B, disco and boogie and the more cutting-edge sound of innovative house and techno. Metro Area brings back the soulful experimentation of the early club classics, mixing live and electronic instruments.

The runaway success of Metro Area's MA 4 EP surpassed all expectation. The feature track "Miura", a sinister, spare and pulsating antidote to the melancholic sweetness of their previous release, captured the imagination of a broad cross-section of DJs, dancers and listeners from almost every genre.

Exactly a year after Metro Area 4, Metro Area's self-titled debut album finally emerged. It won a place among Rolling Stone's "Top 50 Albums of the 2002." Other accolades included BBC/Radio 1's "Dance Album of the Year" and the "Best New Artist" at the 2003 DanceStar Dance Awards.

Currently staying busy with touring and new records in the works, the music world can rest assured that Metro Area will continue to rock theories of time and space.
