Hey there... you know what i always thought Djing is all about beat matching and performing live i didnt know it was more then that until i joined mixologee. im a student at mixologee and i know some of you might be thinking that "hey hes student obviously hes gonna say wonderful things about his own school" but just hear me out here, a school that teaches you not only to beat match and promote you're self mixologee teaches you from the core. Movies are presented to you for you're knowledge regarding raves and music history how it all started!?!? whose the father of all dance music? which year did it all started and how it evolves from time to time this is serious knowledge and im certain some of you there have no idea if somebody comes and asks you about the history of dance music! trust me guys you wouldnt want to look like a fool just because you have no clue what they're talking about. theres alot more to it like for ex : Framing, Sound Control, EQ, Genre, Music Foundation etc .. .. i have been here for 3 months and i already feel like a professional its not about getting gigs and being cool its about having you're own style and getting recognize for who you are on and off the booth! but thats just me. =) ya'll have a good day =)
