Malam ini telah diumumkan award tahunan dari Hardrock Radio, Paranoia Awards 2011, di Puro Jakarta. 14 Pemenang diumumkan pada event yang dimulai dari jam 8 malam oleh 2 MC Paranoia yaitu Cherryl dan Drwe. Pemenang award ini ditentukan dengan SMS voting yang sudah digelar sebulan lalu.

Tahun ini Paranoia juga memberikan penghargaan Lifetime Achiement kepada Yudha Budisurya (Embassy Group / Urbanite) sebagai penerimanya. Ada kejutan yaitu DJ of the Year tahun ini adalah pertama kali dalam sejarah Awards EDM Indonesia diterima oleh DJ Wanita yaitu Devina (1945MF), sayangnya dia tidak dapat hadir untuk menerima langsung penghargaan ini.
