Prize: 10 winners will have their remix released on a digital remix album released by EML Recordings, and will also collect a 30% share on any royalty's received by EML Recordings through digital sales of their remix. EML Recordings may also invite one or more artists to become part of the EML Recordings family.

Rules: All genres accepted. All audio files and stem packs remain the property of EML Recordings & Marcie Joy and Osvaldo Nugroho. Remixes received using un-cleared samples from sources outside the supplies remix parts will be disqualified.

Remix Parts and Submission Method: The remix stems can be downloaded from SendSpace. Completed remixes should be uploaded to this SoundCloud group as a 16bit 44.1khz WAV File with your artist name in the title.

NO, apapaun genrenya, kita semua menganut prinsip GIGO (Garbage In garbage Out ) kalo materi dasarnya busuk, ya masternya juga akan relatif busuk, seberapa dewa pun alter processing masternya (MS Surgery, multiband tweaks, etc etc), malah semakin di "masak" semakin hilang colour n detailnya si materi yang asli.
Mix yang bagus pada dasarnya adalah materi mix output yang ngga memerlukan processing yang ribet dan sifatnya "surgical", cuma finishing touches berdasarkan reference target n proper limiter work..

Setuju!!
