Grandmaster flash is the man who turned the humble record deck into an instrument as potent as the piano or guitar. He was the first DJ to put out a rap record and in "Adventures On The Wheels Of Steel," he created an aural template that let the world at large into the secrets of the New York ghettos. If Afrika Bambaataa provided the ingredients and Kool Herc a rough method, more than any other, it was Grandmaster Flash who refined the recipe and turned hip hop from a boroughs novelty into a worldwide phenomenon. He's the decknician with magic in his fingers. The DJ who put the hip in hop. Flash is fast. Flash is cool. And then some.

and Mixmaster mike is of Ashkenazi Jewish and Filipino descent. He first came to prominence upon winning the 1992 New Music Seminar/Supermen Inc. DJ Battle for World Supremacy in New York City, becoming the first West Coast DJ ever to do so. In the same year, his turntablism collective Rock Steady DJs won the DMC World DJ Championships, establishing Mix Master Mike as one of the pre-eminent DJs in the industry. This success was followed by triumph in the 1993 DMC Championships, this time as part of a duo with DJ Qbert.
Mix Master Mike and DJ Qbert subsequently founded the turntablist group, The Invisibl Skratch Piklz with DJ Apollo.

but grandmaster flash+mixmaster mike is da greatest dj, 4sure....tp masih bnyk lg koq dj2 yg skill nya kayak mereka, kayak Craze,A-trak,Shortkut,Robswift,etc....bahkan org2 ITF pun jg ga kalah bgsnya.....gw rasa info nya dah lebih dr cukup, kalo ga buka aja yg sixteen bilang, dsana jauh lbh bnyk ttg turntablist...ok

gmn klo kita undang aja mixmaster ksini, coz very hard 2learn when he's scratch+juggling....he use right hand 4da turntable and left hand 4da mixer...lot trnsformn+flair 1,2,3click....very8x nice
