NS6 is a four-channel digital DJ controller with complete built-in mixer and four decks of software control. When it comes to four-deck DJ controllers, NS6 is the only serious choice. Simply put, there has never been this much versatility and control available. NS6 builds upon the critically acclaimed breakthroughs of NS7, NS7FX and V7 by adding four-deck capability and a full-blown four-channel mixer in a compact, portable, all-metal housing that is built to perform. Designed in collaboration with Serato to deliver powerful breakthrough performance to DJs of all kinds, NS6 is ready to go wherever you want to take it — both physically and musically.

NICE WHEELS
NS6 borrows from the popular designs of Numark's award-winning NS7FX and V7 controllers and delivers substantial new features including the most responsive, high-resolution touch-activated platters ever produced in a DJ product. The wheels on NS6 deliver 3600 ticks of resolution per rotation; when combined with NS6's automatically adjusted platter sensitivity the result is ultra-precise, high definition turntable control. Beyond the platters, NS6 keeps your mix super tight with high-resolution 14-bit MIDI control throughout. Designed to work flawlessly with an all-new four-deck version of Serato ITCH, NS6 erases the line between hardware and software. Bi-color LEDs also surround each platter, providing both an indication of the Deck in control and also a Deck's playback status. Effects can be instantly accessed by channel.

THE POWER OF 4
At the heart of NS6 is a premium-quality fully independent four-channel mixer that can be used with or without a computer, making NS6 perhaps the most versatile DJ controller and mixer combination in the world. NS6 has a full range of input and outputs for connecting virtually any device: RCAinputs on each channel and four line-level inputs with two switchable to phono and two switchable to mic.

Each of NS6's four channels has an input selector so you can easily transition between controlling ITCH's four decks and your external sources.Control ITCH one moment; mix in your turntable, iPod, or a mic the next. NS6 makes it possible to grab musicfrom virtually any source and bring it into your mix. Connect two CD players, two turntables, two mics — the combinations are endless and completely up to you. NS6 is a software controller, but it's equally ready to handle everything else you've got.

ENHANCED STRIP SEARCH
Numark introduced Strip Search virtual needle drop technology to the DJ world with NS7. NS6 takes this one step further by adding position indicators that allow you to always know track position; this gives you one less reason to focus on your computer screen and lets you focus on your performance.

LIKE AN OLD FRIEND
The simple and intuitive design of NS6 includes favorites like mouseless Serato library navigation, Master Tempo, complete Pitch Control, manual and instant Looping and Hot Cues. New features have been added including direct access to beat grid controls and beat skip, which allows you to juggle the track inline with the beat so that it never loses sync. NS6 includes a professional 24-bit audio interface to guarantee pristine audio quality from the computer.

NS6 employs the proven, cutting-edge control technology invented by Numark in NS7, in which turntable and control information are communicated between the hardware and software at more than ten times standard MIDI resolution. This massive data stream creates the rock-solid, latency-free control for which DJs worldwide have hailed NS7. Because NS6's communication is based upon MIDI, you can use it with a variety of MIDI software.

Designed by Numark in collaboration with Serato, NS7FX represents the pinnacle of digital DJ performance. NS7FX combines a premium mixer with two motorized, adjustable-torque turntables, real vinyl, and a professional audio interface to deliver a complete performance solution that will satisfy the most hardcore turntablist. NS7FX also includes powerful effects controls for hands-on manipulation of the wide range of effects built into the included Serato ITCH software.



A full complement of premium faders, knobs, buttons, and our new Strip Search virtual needle-drop control integrates seamlessly with ITCH. NS7FX exchanges turntable and control information with your Mac or PC at more than ten times standard MIDI resolution, resulting in a rock-solid hardware/software system that feels and as good as it looks.

DEVELOPED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SERATO

NS7FX was a collaborative development effort with Serato to develop the finest computer-DJ experience. It is a one-to-one hands-on control instrument for Serato ITCH.



Because it was designed for ITCH, NS7FX setup time is the bare minimum. No tweaking, no mapping; just plug and perform.



PERFECT FEEL

Forget your experiences with other controllers. NS7FX has two seven-inch, motorized, high-torque aluminum turntable platters. The turntable controls feature modern and classic settings that alter the feel to model the feel you prefer. Seven-inch, legit vinyl records with 45RPM adapters sit on real slipmats. There's no simulation here – NS7 is the real deal.



Solid, rugged, rubberized buttons and knobs compliment a high precision, replaceable CP-PRO crossfader and D-TYPE line faders for an unquestionably high-quality feel. We selected the CP-PRO digital-VCA crossfader because it is outstandingly durable with low wear for a long life. It has a solid feel that is smooth and rigid. It's only natural that our finest crossfader is a component of our finest controller. We selected high-performance, D-Type digital-VCA line faders for their rugged, long-life performance. Like the crossfader, the line faders are replaceable. The crossfader offers contour adjust and reverse adjustment, enabling you to customize its operation.



SYSTEM SIMPLICITY

Forget the mouse. Forget the keyboard. NS7FX renders ITCH software perfectly simple to operate, with its click knob and large, backlit buttons navigating though your music library. You'll spend less time looking at the screen and more time enjoying performing thanks to the visual feedback you get from NS7FX's more-than 100 LEDs and more-than 100 hands-on controls.



NS7FX has onboard audio outputs so it's the only piece of gear you need to connect to the PA system or powered speakers. NS7FX outputs 24-bit, 44.1 kHz digital audio to the sound system on XLRs and RCAs. The front panel contains mic input, RCA line input, and both 1/4" and 1/8" headphone outputs with volume control.



NS7FX comes with an integrated laptop stand that supplies safe, secure mounting for your laptop. You can use an ultra-small space because NS7FX elevates your laptop off the table. The NSFX effect controller mounts conveniently on the laptop stand for integrated effects control without taking up any additional space in your setup.



PRECISION CONTROL

NS7FX sends control information over USB at more than ten times the standard MIDI rate. This innovative communication technique yields extremely high-precision, low-latency control.



There's nothing like dropping the needle on a record for quickly locating a point in the track. We took that idea and developed our own modern take on it with Strip Search, the unique virtual-needle-drop touch strip. You can locate a point instantly within the track using the on-screen waveform and Strip Search.




Beat matching is straight ahead with 100mm, smooth, stiff pitch sliders and plus and minus buttons, by popular request, for bending. There's a zero-point LED, so it's easy to know when you're in the middle.



AUDIO QUALITY

We took extraordinary care in selecting the components of the audio signal chain. NS7FX contains a host of professional audio connectors and a multichannel, 24-bit USB digital-audio interface.



The high-definition post-mix analog audio output features a minimized circuit path with containing only one audiophile-grade bipolar capacitor. This optimized design maximizes phase coherence, ensuring that audio is tight and punchy.



PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE

NS7FX's dual decks flank the mixer section. Its recognizable, professional appearance is supported by clean design in matte and glossy black. The entire unit is housed in a heavy-gauge, industrial-strength metal casing that is ready for the torture of travel.



SERATO ITCH SOFTWARE

Serato ITCH is already familiar if you use Scratch LIVE. The new program builds on Scratch LIVE's popularity and adds some key, new features. ITCH doesn't require a timecode interface, so the system can be as simple as, say, NS7FX and your computer! Since ITCH makes timecode a thing of the past, you won't need to worry about needles skipping or vinyl wearing out. You can load your Scratch LIVE crates, loops, presets, and cue points seamlessly in ITCH. NS7FX also works with most other MIDI DJ software and supports iTunes.
