DLR is a duo based in the capital of Indonesia, Jakarta. Started off as music lovers who are very much interested in the sounds of Drum and Bass. The two cousins began making music when they came back home to Jakarta, after spending more than 3 years studying in Australia. Shortly after, they started creating Drum and Bass tunes with touches of bossanova, soul, jazz, and hip hop. Aguy is the brain behind the beats and arrangement of the songs they make, with his dreamy yet hyped up groove. Meanwhile, Medina is the vocal and lyricist who spices the tunes with her melodic rhythm. They continue making more music and spreading the love through Drum and Bass, hoping to expand the Drum and Bass scene especially in Jakarta.

He has also DJed in London (playing at the acclaimed Hospitality night at the world famous Herbal club in Shoreditch) and toured Asian hot spots Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok while playing alongside Aphrodite, Friction, John B, London Elektricity, Logistics, Sonic, Pendulum, Krust & Die, Cyantific, Tomahawk, Danny Byrd, DJ Dieselboy, MC Messenian, Digital and Teebee.

Mr. JAM - UK
Started MCing at the age of 14 in a small village called greenside before setting foot in Newcastle and get involved with Milk The Cow crew UK in 1996, which was then conceived by Don (Armaged:DON aka Mc Chicken DaDa). He got his first residency with the same crew at a local place called Rockshots where regular dnb nights were organized and visited by the likes of Mickey Finn and DJ SS. Beside Don, a friend by the name Sammy D put him to the test on the mic to a hip hop beat for the first time, and then the writing of lyrics entered his life.
Now living in the Netherlands, Mr. Jam can distinctly remember that music has always provided him with something to focus on. In March 2001, he started a crew with Junglefever and Shapeshifter (070D&B) in the paard op hol where they had a monthly gig for a year and then moved to a new club called Jetlag. From 2002 until now, Mr. Jam is part of Snakebite DnB crew UK.

karena colokan listrik di tembok deket VJ setup kita gak bisa dipakai, akhirnya kita sambungin ke colokan di bar belakang. dan disebabkan colokan roll listriknya yang versi kecil dan sepertinya tidak kuat untuk menahan beban listrik kita.. dan terjadilah.. boom! terjadi koslet yang menyebabkan api dan matinya projector yang kita bawa. :)
mudah2xan dari pihak Willownya tidak ada yang dirugikan. :) hehe
sebernya gw gak ngeliat kejadiannya karena masih dijalan ke willow tapi pas nyampe sepertinya acaranya berjalan lancar kembali dengan backup projector dari Willow. (walaupun agak sucks karena tidak pas dibelakang DJ booth) hehehe...

He startedhis debut since 2001 as an eMCee for Daftar Menu Band in Jogja (1sthip hop
live band). He got into hip hop culture very much. He also made the 1stbreakdance
crew in Jogja (0274 Breakers) in 2002. Another "1st"thing is he made the 1st local
hip hop magazine called Playaz Magz.
Withouta doubt he step his foot in to the dance scene as an eMCee. Drum n Bass is
thefirst dance music that he'd eMCee in 2004.He always joint in any other Drum n
Bass event start from that time. In 2005 hebecame an eMCee of Energy Room (ER) until
2007. He really got in to the music.Hip hop, Drum n Bass, House, Break beat,
Electro, Dub until traditional folksong. Prambors Radio (Jogja) is the place where
he became a guest radio DJ.
Nowadays, he becomes afreelance eMCee for any DJ and any kind of dance music.
Another of that he'spreparing his first solo album. Just wait...!

STR8FWD Born in France in 1981, Str8fwd got first immersed in hip-hop culture and rap music right in the middle of the 90's. He quickly became fond of scratch and turntablism after listening to artists such as Cut Killer and Q Bert. In 1999, he decided to buy his first turntable, and, little by little, managed to get his own complete setup. He started to learn scratch techniques on his own, before practicing mixing rap music. His first contact with drum and bass music occurred in 2001, in Paard op Hol, The Hague. At that time, he was staying temporary in the Netherlands as an exchange student. He got immediately hooked on and spent some more time around the drum and bass scene before returning to France to finish his studies. At that point, (in 2002), he decided to go back to the Netherlands to keep on studying, mixing hip hop and get a deep insight of the
Dutch drum and bass scene. In 2004, he began to buy drum and bass records and to practice new mixing techniques. Str8fwd's experience on stage got started about two years ago: his first gig took place in December 2005, in a small venue called Select, in The Hague. After this event, he tried to develop his own style of mixing, notably by bringing a "scratchy" touch to his tech-step & deep, rolling sets, thus reminding the public of his hip-hop background.

Q-BiK, Australian based, ex-pat New Zealander DJ/Producer has been turning
some heads worldwide, UK, Europe, USA, Canada, South America, Asia, New
Zealand, Australia. A working DJ for 10 years in NZ and Australia, it
wasn't too long until he eventually progressed his way into music
production. This saw Q-BiK's productions gaining support worldwide from
the likes of Pete Tong, Annie Mac & Nerm on BBC Radio 1 and Crissy Criss
on 1XTRA as well as Australian national radio Station, Triple J, which
play listed his first 12" 'My House' signed to Planet Funk (UK). Triple J
still plays it regularly!! It became a Massive hit worldwide and was
promptly licensed and featured on DRUM&BASS ARENA's 'Summer Selection'
compilation of 'Biggest Summer Anthems Ever', not to mention heavy club
support from Brookes Brothers, Danny Byrd, Futurebound and Matrix, Sigma,
Adam F, Kenny Ken and the list goes on! Recently Q-BiK was asked to remix
Killa Kela's new single of his LP, after touring with him in Vietnam. It
is being officially released on the world famous 100% Records UK, which
boast such artists as Moby, Robyn and Placebo!
Q-BiK has also been nominated, Best DnB DJ and Best Local Tune for 'My
House' at the Perth Dance Music Awards 2009, as well as numerous
achievements back home in NZ.
Q-BiK has also supported and been billed alongside every major dnb act as
well as the likes of Pendulum, Killa Kela, Bombfunk MC's Masters At Work,
Xpress2, etc etc. Q-BiK has also played at many NZ and Australian
Festivals like Big Day Out 2011, Good Vibes (NZ - 06), Resolution NYE
(03-06), Uprising NYE (07), Enchanted Forrest (Adl, SA 2008), etc.
Fast forward to 2008/9 and Seeka MC from the UK teamed up again on the
stage but also in the studio with Q-BiK and came up with, 'Let the Music'
signed to Cutterz Choice, the label responsible for launching Benny Pages
career. 'Let The Music' is another huge slice of
dancefloor funk. Catchy vocal stabs and filtered strings ride a shuffling
beat on the intro that builds up to smooth warm bass that will bring out
your funky side. Make no mistake this 12" hits hard on the dancefloor.
Supported by the likes of Nero, Futurebound, Brookes Bros and Camo &
Krooked as well as BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra by Crissy Cris and Nerm & Dcode.
Currently finishing a new single for DJ SS's world famous Formation

The Indonesian native was resident at club Ohm for Crushed Drum and Bass night and played at numerous events in the Northwest. She resides in Los Angeles and was invited to play at Respect, Muse, Refuge, Intercept, Bassrush, Temple of Boom, Vegas Music Conference in Las Vegas and many more. She established her sound and presence in Northwest and Los Angeles Drum and Bass scene. Asterisk smoothly blends different moods of Drum and Bass from dark and brooding to fierce and ferocious, while always keeping the sound running. Come see how her charismatic style and presence behind the turntable decks performing all vinyl set is guaranteed to move the floor!
