Sied van Riel bio
The Riel Deal: He is being tipped by Tiësto as “the hottest producer around” and by DJ Magazine as “the next big thing to hit trance”. One of Armin van Buuren’s favourite producers of 2008 and according to Ferry Corsten one of THE new Trance Guys. He won the “best new face”Award at the Trance Awards 2008 in London and has spun across the globe on events such as Trance Energy and Gatecrasher,Godskitchen and many many more. A few years ago he didn’t own a single piece of studio equipment… Now he’s odds-on favourite to become EDM’s next big breakout and the latest graduate to join trance music’s elite ‘Van Clan’.
He is Sied van Riel...
The Riel Inspiration: Aged just 10 years old, Sied’s introduction to dance music came via Acid House. Unknowingly piped through the walls by his neighbours, he was instantly hooked on the anomalous sounds & beats he heard...
The Riel-eases: A long-term dance fan he was, but it wasn’t until early 2006 that Sied produced his first track, ‘Fearless’. Released on Sub Traxx. 2008 he unleashed ‘What You Want’, ‘Minimal Symhony’, ‘Contrasts’ and ‘Rush’ to the world ..with the last one beeing dropped on Tiesto’s “In Search of Sunrise 7. 2008 proved to be his year and 2009 promisses a lot more !
The search was on for a spiritual label home for Sied’s music, and it didn’t take too long before Dutch super-label Spinnin’ Records signed him.
The Riel-Mixes: Re-imaginings of other producers tracks promptly followed; Armin van Buuren, Blank & Jones, Offer Nissim, Jose Amnesia being amongst them in 2008. As you can see Sied’s been lending the Riel touch to tracks from the worlds finest labels, Armada, Blackhole, Spinnin’ ,Star 69 & Adjusted among them... His remixes are high up the charts world wide and spun by the biggest dj’s on the globe.
The Rielalistic Radio Show: Following numerous radio appearances (inc. Ministry of Sound – UK, Sunshine Live Maximal, Germany & Radio 538 in The Netherlands), Sied launched his own radio show, Rielalistic. Transmitted every 4th Monday of the month on http://www.ah.fm (http://www.ah.fm), with re-runs on various internet and FM stations worldwide, it has immediately drawn a loyal listener-ship.
The Riel Musical Philosophy: Sied describes his brand of music as “deep, driving, warm, melodic-fuelled trance” with each track or remix “directly related to my personality, experiences and state of mind”.

"To live a dream is a dream come true, for those who don’t dream don’t live". This is Andy Duguid's
philosophy and his dreams are coming true. With the release of his debut single "Hypocrisy" and notable
remixes to his name, 2007 was the year Andy made the EDM world stand up and take notice.
Andy's career started back in September 2006 when his production "Hypocrisy" fell into the hands of DJ
Tiesto. The following months saw "Hypocrisy" battered out in nightclubs worldwide from the likes of
Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk and Armin van Burren. It was also voted twice in Armin's "In State of Trance" radio
shows. It was inevitable that the signing of "Hypocrisy" was just around the corner. Andy received offers
from across the globe and eventually Blackhole Recordings sealed the deal. "Hypocrisy" was released
September 3rd 2007 and reaching as high as number 5 in the Dutch dance charts.
It wasn’t just "Hypocrisy" which made the EDM world take notice of Andy as his B-side "Dreamcatcher"
was just as popular, receiving plaudits from the world’s top DJ's. Andy's Initial break into the industry was
followed up by a track which has been classed as "one of the biggest tracks of 2007 “Don't Belong”. Since
its initial release on the popular In Search of Sunrise series "Don’t Belong" has gained support from DJ's
throughout every genre. In Dec07/Jan08 "Don't Belong" was the second most requested track on
American BPM XM Radio. His new track “Wasted” (featuring Leah) reached top 10 in the iTUNES Dance
Charts and is proving to be one of the most popular tracks from In Search of Sunrise Asia (2008). His
pseudonyms of Reeves, Corsie and his new collaboration project with Iwan de Kuijper; ‘Emilio Fernandez’
are also causing quite a stir and are gaining support from House, Electro, Progressive & Trance DJ’s alike.
With a strong place set in the EDM world Andy is now remixing for the some of the biggest artist on the
scene including Skepta (Ministry of Sound), Allure, Tiesto, Mr Sam and Johan Gielen to name a few. Rising
UK label Motion have just commissioned him to remix Yamin feat. Marcie “No One”. Radio mixes around

terlalu cadas bagi gw...startnya aja 135... *piss*
tapi pas jam setengah 3 ke atas, ya gw lumayan suka deh ketika dia memasukkan elements prog ke dalam setnya....
emang terlalu cadas sih, gw sebenernya mau liat dia maen dari progtrance ke trance nya.. tapi dia kan nerusin dari yg maen super8 n tab - elektra di 135 sob ;D
gw sih sebenernya suka banget kalo DJ luar maenin set nya nerusin set dari DJ sebelum nya.. cuma kmrn aja udah kenceng gitu diset awal2nya :P
30 menit trakhir udah di set kenceng sama DJ sebelom sied van riel.. ::)
