Here in below some info regarding Benjamin Braxton.

28 years old, DJ and producer, Benjamin Braxton comes from a varied background.
Working in Radio, as DJ, musician and singer he started to work in the record business early on at the age of 19, launching his first vinyl release on the French dance label "Bio records" (Madhouse, DJ FLex).

An influential member of the electro underground scene, he collaborated on the creation of the electro French label "Notorious" signing co-production with Gino's, Human Body, Snake plissken or Jaia on the Goodlife label (The Hacker, Oxia), Discordian or Notorious and finally launched his own label "Sound4label" in 2006.

He's actually one of the DJ producer signed on DJ CENTER Records (France) with other Famous Dj like David Vendetta, Dim Chris or John Dahlback.

Maaf, bukan bermaksud nyela topic starter dan temen2 yg laen.. tapi buat gw ini cukup membosankan.. sekali lagi maaf loh.. DJ yg bagus di dunia perasaan banyak, kalo yg menang itu lagi2 sampe 3 kali yah.. jadi ragu aja..

Sedikit pendapat... Hehehe... *piss*
Untuk menang di polling ini ga cuma harus bagus, tp gmn cara nya disukai orang banyak.. klw hanya bagus mixing, taste music yg canggih, produce yg hebat, tapi low promo sehingga tidak dikenal, akan susah untuk menang di polling ini, karena kan "polling", tergantung seberapa banyak orang knal, tau, dan suka sama tu DJ.
Armin dalam hal ini, dan pada saat ini, sangat bagus dalam promo nya ke orang banyak di dunia, misalnya dengan konser tunggalnya "Armin Only" yg kmn2 itu, di dukung juga dengan set produksi dan panggung yg mewah banget buat pertunjukan seorang DJ. Dengan promo yg kaya gt dia ngebangun crowdnya di seluruh dunia. belum lagi DVD2 konsernya yg disebar kmn2 jg.
Klw kita liat di tahun sebelumnya waktu Tiesto yg menang, dia juga sering bikin konser tunggal dengan konsep seolah-olah DJ itu GOD, dengan set DJ booth yg mewah bgt dan massive multimedia production jg.
Well, faktornya banyak sih, Talent pasti, Mixing Bagus pasti, Produce Canggih pasti, Taste Music Canggih jg pasti, tp harus di dukung sama Promo dan Crowd jg... + sponsor

masalahnya ketika promo low budget (soc.net promo, independent blog articles/interviews, shared mixtapes, etc) dilawan dengan major budget promotion (low budget promo PLUS major media promo; can a low budget, although verry good, DJ produce and distribute a pricey dvd like armin? Kira2?) pasti keok.. at least buat ajang2 seperti ini. In short, top charts like this are actually a popularity contest. If popularity CAN be bought, can the contest(s) still have its credibility intact? Tapi ya gak papa juga sih.. balik lagi kembali ke targetnya, siapa yang dikejar.. mass booming atau exclusive segmented market? Popular dan laku kayak cireng apa belaga mahal kayak kobe beef (atau at least cireng rasa kobe beef, hahaha)? Dua2 nya market, jadi ya sah2 aja.. gw post ini cuman sekedar mengingatkan bahwa diluar DJmag yearly top poll winners, there's a whole world of music waiting.. don't get your ears stuck to it, free yourself from yourself..piss yo!

IMHO, polling ini 'nothing but a Popularity Contest'
subjectivity > objectivity....bukankah hidup itu sprti ini..??? :-X :-\:'(
makanya slh satu DJ yg masuk di top 3 ini ga pernah mau minta/ngemis utk di'vote' siapapun --> that's the true spirit of idealism *bgs**tepuktangan*
